This week we recapped the most important factors in a DJ's success:

  • Preparation
  • Focus
  • Entertainment
  • Knowing what the audience wants

Preparation - Is arguably the most important factor and we can be prepared in our Dj sets by having a track list prepared and ready to test out.


For next week, 6th November, i would like your track lists for your 30 minute mixes in the following format:


  1. Artist Name - Song Title - Catalog number/Record Label

Part 2

FX

1. What is the purpose of FX
2. Name at least 3 FX
3. How are these used by Dj's? What are the Pros and cons?
4. Embed a video of a DJ using these FX to good results.
